Innovative Voorstellen self-promotion reinforces firm’s unique brand, creative expertise, and wide-ranging capabilities
Cary, NC — March 2017 — While word of mouth and referrals are Voorstellen’s primary means of securing new clients, it never hurts to do some pro-active marketing. The Voorstellen team began to strategize about a way to extend the firm’s brand (visually reinforcing logo and web site) and create an engaging promo that would be sent to pre-qualified prospects whom we believed would be good candidates for our marketing communications services.
The emerging concept centered around sending a red tulip bulb (a Big Red Darwin Hybrid: the Voorstellen logo icon) within designed packaging (debossed/labeled) housing several integrated components (pictured at right): accordion flyer, velvet bag with red crinkle excelsior, die-cut hang-tag with planting instructions, response card, and addressed postage- paid return envelope.
“I’ve employed the creative genius of Voorstellen several times in the past for logo, identity system, press kit, and web site design,” noted Carol Martin, V.P., Product Development, WorthBeauty. “And receiving this stunning promo was a well-timed reminder of their unparalleled expertise in marketing communications and design.”
“The promotion has been received very well and we’re excited about the type of new business it has attracted – organizations who appreciate quality and good design,” concluded Voorstellen Principal, Gary Voreis.
